PCM Graphite Profiles

Our innovative product, PCM + Graphite Die Casting. Its characteristics are that it is very thin, high enthalpy (>200KJ/kg), and low cost.
In the process of casting, we have done special treatment. This PCM profile has special compressive and impact-resistant strength, and can reach V0 flame retardant.
Traditional batteries, batteries, and cooling in the construction industry mostly rely on PCM microcapsules, but the cost of PCM microcapsules is too high. As a result, customers are under great cost pressure. Marketing of PCM is also difficult. And if ordinary PCM is used, it must be packed in bags and boxes, which is not convenient.

Our innovative solution avoids the high cost of PCM microcapsules. It is 30-50% lower than the traditional cost of microcapsules of PCM, creating a new era of PCM.
The shape of this product can be customized arbitrarily, such as ring, sheet, and honeycomb.

For customers with high requirements for softness, we have updated the formula by adding silica gel/rubber, which can achieve a softness like silica gel.

It can be widely used in electric vehicle cooling, electronic products, home appliances, architectural decoration, civil engineering, and many other industries. It breaks through the technical barriers of microcapsules and creates low-cost, high-technology products that can be used by ordinary industries.
